Recently, the EPB Shield Machine with large diameter (10.03m) to be exported to Italy was assembled in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The machine was designed and manufactured by China Railway Engineering Equipment Group, subsidiary of CREC. It is the first time for a “made in China” shield machine to be applied in the EU. The shield machine will be used in the construction of Milan to Verona HSR CEPAV Project.
