Designed by China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group (CREEC) and constructed by China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group (CTCE), the double-track Yuanjiang Railway Bridge, a mega project of Yuxi-Mohan section of China-Laos Railway, was closed recently.

Located in Yuxi, Yunnan Province, the Yuanjiang Railway Bridge is a major project along the China-Laos Railway. It sets multiple records for bridges of its type, straddling the grand Honghe Valley with a maximum span of 249 meters and supported by piers with the tallest standing at 154 meters as well as an L6 temporary holder rising 133 meters.
