At 8 a.m. on September 5 local time, Malaysia’s Batang Rajang Bridge, constructed by China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group, was completed and opened to traffic. Measuring 1,194 meters in length and 12.9 meters in width, the five-span steel bridge spans the Rajang River, Malaysia’s longest river, and is known by local people as “China-Malaysia Friendship Bridge.”
