On September 22, 14 projects of China Railway Group Limited (CREC) were announced to win the Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Prize, an award named after the “father of China’s railways.” Accounting for 45 percent of total awards, CREC leads the award-winning central SOEs in the construction industry.

The Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Prize is the highest honor for scientific and technological innovation in China’s civil engineering industry. Selected once a year, the award sets the marks indicating the most advanced technological innovation and application, as well as the highest level of planning, designing, construction and management in civil engineering.
