At the invitation of Secretary-General Mukhisa Kituyi of United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), ZHANG attended the high-level luncheon with Heads and Ministers from over 30 countries and regions and had friendly communications with them.

REN Delivering a Keynote Speech on LDC Ministerial and Business Executive Roundtable

On October 24, Vice-president REN Hongpeng attended the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) Ministerial and Business Executive Roundtable where delivering a keynote speech on behalf of Chinese Enterprises. REN said, CREC has invested and worked in 23 nations - including 18 African countries where CREC created more than 50,000 jobs opportunities - among the 47 LDCs in the world. “We wish that UNCTAD could improve the investment environment in LDCs, intensify the private sector’s role in investment development and enhance the ability of promotion investment development by governments in LDCs to the diversified and sustainable investment development in LDCs.”said REN.
