Recently, China Railway Finance Co., Ltd and Beijing Nine Star Technology Co., Ltd signed a cooperation agreement on foreign exchange fund management system project. They try to create a “global fund centralized management+ cross-border financing” system construction platform and build a domestic and foreign, multi-currency and multi-level centralized fund control system for China Railway Group Limited and guarantee implementation and promotion of “Going-out” Development Strategy.
