On March 22, the first section of the steel shell tower of the west cable tower of the Shiziyang Bridge in the Shiziyang Passage, which the China Railway Shanhaiguan Bridge Group built, was successfully hoisted. The Shiziyang Bridge, spanning 2,180 meters across the Pearl River Estuary, is the world's first double-deck suspension bridge exceeding 2,000 meters. The cable tower is divided into 62 sections with a total height of 338.916 meters, of which the first section T0 is 17.5 meters long, 12.7 meters wide and 3.6 meters high.
