On March 3, after three years of construction, the first phase of Qingdao Metro Line 6, the largest assembled integrated metro line in China was completed.
The first phase of Qingdao Metro Line 6, with a total length of 30.8 kilometers and 21stations, is the backbone of the central urban area of the west coast, as well as the demonstration line and pioneer line of Qingdao Metro's "building a world-class subway." CREC contracts it, and the general contracting department of China Railway（Shanghai）Investment Group is responsible for the construction management.
The project team has vigorously carried out key technical research, conquered the whole chain technology of assembly station design, production, and assembly, and made the first phase of Line 6 the largest application of assembly integration technology metro line in China, of which Fuchunjiang Road Station is the largest assembly metro station built in China.
