Recently, with the precise hoisting of the last steel box girder in place, the Jialing River Bridge, a critical control project of the Hanbanan Railway, was successfully closed.
The Jialing River Bridge crosses the Jialing River system in Fuli Town, Sichuan Province. The total length of the bridge is 1,770.82 meters, and the main bridge is a high-low tower steel-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge with a span of 335 meters, which is the first span in China among the double-track cable-stayed bridges of the same type of high-speed railway projects. The highest central tower is 164.5 meters high, and the tower column is divided into 31 sections, equivalent to the height of 53 stories.
