On May 15, the China Real Estate Association and the Housing Industrialization Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction jointly commended the second batch (supplementary) projects of the 10th Guangxia Award (2021-2022). CREC Yuelong Nanshan Wenyuan, CREC International Eco-city developed and constructed by China Railway Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co,.Ltd., won the "Guangxia Award" and the Excellent Award for Public Supporting and Property Services (Public Supporting and Operating Services) in individual awards.
CREC Yuelong Nanshan Wenyuan is located at the intersection of CREC Avenue and Guilong Avenue in CREC International Eco-city, Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, Guizhou Province.
