Good News on the Construction of the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway Exhibition Section of the G20 Summit
Source: Date:2022年12月12日

On October 24 local time, China Railway Electrification Engineering Group completed the erection of the catenary in the exhibition section of the G20 Summit of Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway, opened the 20 kilovolt distribution station in Dekarur, and completed the "cold slip" test of the catenary.

The erection of the catenary line in the exhibition section was completed five days ahead of schedule, which won valuable time for the "cold sliding" and "hot sliding" tests of the catenary. The display section is 16.5 km long, with 37.35 km of conductors, 37.35 km of catenary cables and 84.44 km of additional lines.

The equipment in the Dekarur 20 KV distribution station was successfully electrified at one time and was in good condition, and became the first distribution station to receive electricity and start the whole line. After successful power reception, the station will supply power to the EMU depot, the production and living area of the station area, and the communication and signal equipment between Padalalang Station and the EMU depot through high-voltage cables, providing reliable power supply for the exhibition section.

Recently, the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway Project Department of China Railway Electrification Engineering Group has fully implemented the general requirements of the owner and contractor consortium on the construction of the exhibition section during the G20 Summit. Under the unified deployment of the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway Project Department of CREC. The project department completed the construction task of this section through 35 night construction, especially on the night of October 19, the builders created a record of 10 anchor sections (15.68 kilometers) of conductors erected overnight. The overall construction task of the catenary was completed on October 25.

The results of the "cold sliding" test show that the overall engineering quality of the exhibition section is up to the standard.
