Source: Date:2023年01月11日

The Beijing to Xiongan Expressway (Beijing Section) length is 27 kilometers. The whole line runs from north to south. It starts from the Fifth Ring Road in the southwest of Beijing in the north, crosses the Yongding River, Fangshan Metro Line, and Jingshen Road in the west, then turns southward. After crossing, the Sixth Ring Road extends southward to the city boundary and connects with the Hebei Section of the Jingxiong Expressway. The whole line is constructed according to the standard of a two-way, eight-lane expressway.

The opening of the Beijing to Xiongan Expressway (Beijing Section) from the Sixth Ring Road to the city boundary starts from the Sixth Ring Road in the north. It ends at the city boundary in the south, with a total length of about 11.743 kilometers, two viaducts, two interchanges, and one ramp toll station. After the opening of this section, it will take 50 minutes to drive from the Sixth Ring Road of Beijing to Xiongan New Area.

For the first time in China, Beijing to Xiongan Expressway has set up intelligent expressway lanes, established an intellectual expressway monitoring center, introduced China Mobile's 5G private network, and built the first intelligent expressway in China with complete coverage of 5G private network, vehicle-road coordination, Beidou high-precision positioning, domestic servers, and other new technologies, providing vehicle-road communication, high-precision navigation and early warning services for car owners. Through the integration of perception, computing, communication, information dissemination, and other technologies, the highly reliable information interaction of "human-vehicle-road-cloud" can be realized.
