A few days ago, "IDA International Design Award" announced the award results. Guiyang CREC International Eco-city CREC Woshan Longfu Project, developed and constructed by China Railway Real Estate Development Group won the silver prize.
Zhongtie Woshan · Longfu Project is located on the west side of Zhongtie Avenue in Guiyang Zhongtie International Eco-city, adjacent to original lakes and mountains, covering three types of products, namely, courtyard, row, and broad-view high-rise buildings, of which the plot ratio of villas is only 0.6, creating a benchmark for high-end residential areas in Guiyang with the ultimate low-density luxury standards. The project ingeniously integrates the courtyard with the outdoor landscape garden, connects the earth through a 300-meter mountain path, talks with the mountain, retains the site's memory, seeks the balance between nature and human settlements, and gives people and the site emotional resonance.
