Recently, the relocation project of "Yindong Line" of ± 660 KV UHVDC transmission line, which was constructed by The First Engineering Bureau of CREC Electric Power Company, was successfully completed and power transmission was resumed, clearing the way for the follow-up abutment, girder transportation and girder erection construction of Xiong’an-Shangqiu High-speed Railway.
The relocated "Yindong Line" is China's first ± 660 kV UHVDC transmission line, spanning the five provinces of "Ningxia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, and Shandong". "Yindong Line" in Qinghe County, Xingtai, Hebei Province, and the Xiong’an-Shangqiu High-speed Railway under construction form a leap.
In this relocation project, two old towers of the original N1831-N1834 iron tower section of the "Yindong Line" will be demolished, four new iron towers will be built, and the line between the old and new towers will be reversed by 4.24 kilometers, so that the line will be lifted by 25 meters, thus removing obstacles for the construction of the Xiong’an-Shangqiu High-speed Railway Bridge under construction, which is also the first condition for the safe passage of the high-speed railway trains on the Xiong’an-Shangqiu Line in the future.
