The 47th International Conference on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) was recently successfully concluded in Jakarta, Indonesia. The group project "Development of New Tools for Ground Measurement of High-altitude High-pressure Clues" of the Laiwu Maintenance Section of Jinan Maintenance Management Company of China Railway Electrification Engineering Group stood out among more than 800 quality management groups (QC groups) from all over the world and finally won the highest award of the results exchange conference-Gold Award. China Railway Electrification Engineering Group is also the only award-winning unit of CREC in this competition.
ICQCC began in the mid-1970s. As an international exchange event of quality management group activities, ICQCC is known as the "Quality Olympics" for its large-scale participation, wide coverage and strong cohesion. The 189 Chinese teams participating in this competition represent the highest level of achievement of quality management teams in all industries in the country.
