On January 21, local time, a 12.3-kilometer-long double-track ballastless track was constructed on the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway section of China Railway No.3 Engineering Group.
The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway project of China Railway No.3 Engineering Group has a total length of 20 kilometers, including 9 bridges of 7.5 kilometers, 8 tunnels of 11.5 kilometers, 7 sections of subgrade of 1 kilometer and CRTS slab ballastless track with a total length of 12.3 kilometers.
In view of the construction characteristics of ballastless track, the project department adheres to the concept of "standard first, model guide", actively applies Chinese standards and technology to the construction of the ballastless track, and has completed the "CRTS type slab ballast-less track implementation construction organization design", the first project implementation plan, and the preparation and approval of operation instructions. During the construction, the project department continuously optimizes and improves the critical process methods of ballastless track slab positioning, fine adjustment control, and the concrete surface closing, effectively ensuring the project's quality and progress.
