On October 7, the K11 + 320 corrugated steel plate arch culvert of Ming Village Dong Jiakou Expressway, the largest span corrugated steel plate arch culvert in Shandong Province, was completed by the Seventh Branch of the China TIESIJU Civil Engineering Group.
The corrugated steel plate arch culvert has a total length of 77.42 meters, a height of 4.5 meters, and a span of 11 meters. It uses steel corrugated plates for splicing. The arch ring construction adopts transverse blocking and longitudinal segmentation technology. The wall thickness of the arch ring steel plate is 1 cm.
To ensure the smooth progress of the construction of the structure, the project management department arranges experienced and professional construction teams to complete the production and installation of the arch ring, and designates special personnel to be responsible for the quality of bolt installation, and equips survey technicians to regularly review the installation plane position of the arch ring, to ensure that the installation position of the arch ring is within the controllable range.
