On July 10, local time, Sicomines Co., Ltd., composed of CREC and other enterprises, funded the implementation of the China-DRC package of cooperation infrastructure project, DRC N1 National Road Project, which started in Nguba Town, Lualaba Province.
N1 National Road Project is an important road connecting Kinshasa, the political center of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Lubumbashi, the economic center of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is also an important part of the major transportation network of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Many road sections have been seriously damaged in recent years, and the road conditions are deplorable, affecting vehicle driving and logistics transportation. To promote the exchange of local personnel and materials and strengthen the links between Kinshasa and other places, the government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has actively promoted the N1 National Road Project.
