On March 7, the first set of super-large slope locomotive marshalling developed by China Railway Engineering Equipment Group, a subsidiary of China Railway Hi-Tech Industry, passed the acceptance test and successfully rolled off the production line, which will be applied to the Dengshenggou Tunnel Project of the first mountain track in China (Dujiangyan-Siguniangshan, Sichuan Province).
Dengshenggou Tunnel Project is located in Siguniangshan Town, with a maximum longitudinal slope of 120 ‰ and a continuous distance of more than 7 kilometers. During the construction process, the transportation of materials inside and outside the tunnel has become the biggest problem. Aiming at the construction difficulties of narrow space in the tunnel, low temperature and high altitude, continuous S-shaped curve turning and continuous uphill excavation with a long distance of 120 ‰ slope, the R & D team of China Railway Engineering Equipment Group has successfully developed the first locomotive marshalling suitable for the construction of super-large slope tunnel in China through technical research, combining with the functional requirements of customers for equipment intellectualization and informatization.
The equipment adopts power and braking modular decentralized arrangement, has the characteristics of strong climbing ability, reliable braking performance and good active safety, especially maintains good power drive and safe braking in humid environment, and can be applied to large slope construction material transportation in pumped storage, subway, highway, railway, electric power, water diversion and mining. At the same time, the equipment can be designed and adjusted according to the slope and load of the customer's construction tunnel, which can realize the rail transportation operation of 200 ‰ slope tunnel construction.
