Sierra Leone Pepel-Tonkolili Railway Operation and Maintenance Project Monthly Iron Ore Transportation Volume Exceeds One Million Tons

As of June 30, local time, the monthly iron ore transportation volume of the Sierra Leone Pepel-Tonkolili Railway Operation and Maintenance Project of The First Engineering Bureau of CREC in Sierra Leone has exceeded one million tons, reaching 1.0074 million tons. The owner, Leone Rock Metal Group, recently sent a letter of commendation to express its affirmation and appreciation.

With a total length of 192 km, Sierra Leone Pepel-Tonkolili Railway is the longest railway transportation artery in Sierra Leone at present, which can efficiently and safely transport the iron ore produced by the 30-million-ton magnetic separation plant in Tonkolili to the port of Pepel.
