On March 7th, at the construction site of the Yongxing Hulan River Grand Bridge, a key project within the Harbin-Yichun Railway Section 1 between Harbin and Tieli, construction personnel from the First Company of Shanghai Civil Engineering Co,.Ltd. Of CREC began assembling the traveling baskets. This marks the official commencement of the superstructure construction phase for the bridge.
The Yongxing Hulan River Grand Bridge has a total length of 16,709 meters, with nearly 3,000 meters within the Hulan River watershed. The main river channel's bridge piers are constructed in water depths exceeding 10 meters, and the deepest drilled pile reaches 98 meters. It is one of the most challenging and widest river-crossing grand bridges among the high-speed railway projects currently under construction in China's cold regions.
