On the morning of June 16 local time, a traditional blessing ceremony was successfully held for the completion of the Fiji FHL Tower project, marking the official debut of Fiji’s first high-rise green commercial office building built to Australian and New Zealand standards.
At the event, attendees highly praised the dedication and tireless efforts of all construction personnel involved in the project, and commended The First Engineering Bureau of CREC for its outstanding project management, advanced construction techniques, and superior engineering quality.
The project, undertaken by The First Engineering Bureau of CREC, a subsidiary of CREC, is located in Suva, the capital of Fiji. It covers an area of 1,727 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 18,100 square meters, a building height of 64.24 meters, and consists of 18 floors.
The FHL Tower was designed and built strictly in accordance with Australian and New Zealand standards. Upon completion, it became the first AAA-grade green office building in Fiji and the South Pacific region. The tower adds a new landmark to Fiji’s financial and political hub, enhances Suva’s urban image, and holds significant importance for driving local economic development.
