On October 26 local time, the Valencia Railway Station in Chile, constructed by China Railway Tunnel Group under CREC, was officially completed and opened to traffic.

The Valencia Station project is located in Quilpué, Valparaíso Province, central Chile, with a construction length of 1,160 meters. The project includes the construction of a new station building, interior finishing, mechanical and electrical installation, as well as track reconstruction, overhead catenary system upgrades, and the renovation of medium- and high-voltage power and communication signal pipelines. It also features the construction of a bus transfer hub to achieve efficient connectivity with the metro system.

After entering operation, the Valencia Station is expected to handle an annual passenger flow of 600,000 people, becoming a key transportation hub in central Chile. It will effectively ease traffic congestion in Quilpué and enhance the overall travel experience for local residents.
